Renowned for its soft jade green tone, the Esmeralda is a beautifully coloured quartzite that is admired by just about everyone that walks past it. Being a quartzite, this stone is tough and requires very little maintenance. Whilst some blocks of Esmeralda are solely soft green tones, at times there are some intricate copper or golden veins that flow through which give it a little richness and warmth. Island bench tops with waterfall sides, or perhaps a vanity with a thick mitred edge, this stone is one to wow. The unique geological conditions in Brazil, where Esmeralda is quarried from, create the vibrant colors and stunning patterns that make this stone so desirable for a variety of applications.

Your marble can be easily polished or restored as often or as little as you require. Most spills that leave a light discolouration on the stone can be easily fixed without professional help, by using an effective cleaning solution and acting in a timely manner. Re-sealing the stone regularly will also help to maintain its ability to repel staining liquids.
Regular resealing is an important part of maintaining your natural stone. We recommend that you reseal all stone applications every 12 months, this includes bench tops, flooring and wall panels.
